When will my deposit appear in my Endowus account? (HK)

Your deposit should appear in your Endowus account within 1 business day if no further verification is needed. For deposits made via telegraphic transfers, processing time is expected to be within 5 business days. Common reasons for further verification include: transfers that are missing your unique reference code in the reference field, transfers from a non-Hong Kong bank account.

Please also note that deposits made over the weekend may take longer to reflect. In general, you can expect the funds to appear by the next business day.

When your deposit appears in your Endowus account, we will send you an email notification. You will also be able to see the deposit transaction on the Activity & Balances page in your Endowus account.

If you do not see your deposit appear after 1 business day (5 business days for telegraphic transfers), please contact support.hk@endowus.com with the following information for assistance:

  1. Name(s) of bank account holder(s)
  2. Amount transferred
  3. Name of bank
  4. Screenshot of the deposit transaction receipt

Please ensure that the name on the bank account you are sending your money from matches the name on your Endowus account. Third party transfers will be rejected
