Redemptions:

In general, for trade redemptions confirmed before 1:30PM on a valid business day, we will process them for execution on the same business day. After the trade is settled, you should expect to receive your redemption proceeds in your linked bank account or Cash Balance of your Endowus Account in approximately 3-5 business days.
Cash Withdrawal:
Cut-off time: 1:30PM (HKT)
Generally, for requests submitted before 1:30PM on a valid business day, we will process the transfer on the same day. Depending on inter-bank processing times, the funds should arrive in your designated bank account within 1-3 business days.
