How do I change my address?
If you would like to change your residential or mailing address, please reach out to support.hk@endowus.com.
Your residential address is your official address registered with the government and your mailing address is the address for receiving your mail.
How do I change my mobile number registered to my account?
Please use your registered email address to reach out to support.hk@endowus.com and let us know your new mobile number. After we have received your email request, we will call your existing mobile number from our official office number (+852 2319 4672) during our business hours to verify that you have made the request to change your mobile number.
How do I change my user email address registered to my account?
Please use your existing registered email address to reach out to support.hk@endowus.com and let us know your new user email address. After we have received your email request, we will call you from our official office number (+852 2319 4672) during our business hours to verify that you have made the request to change your user email address.
Please note that once we change your user email address, we would not be able to change it back to your initial user email address.
How do I change my linked bank account for withdrawal?
Please use your registered email address to reach out to support.hk@endowus.com and let us know the following details:
1) Account Holder Name
2) Bank Name
3) Account Number
Per SFC guidelines, as part of the verification process you will be required to make one deposit transaction of at least HKD 10,000 from the bank account you wish to link. There is no lock-up on our platform and you are free to withdraw anytime after the bank account is verified.
After we have received your email request and confirmed the deposit, we will update your linked bank account and you can now use it for deposits and withdrawals.
