If your passport details have changed - whether due to renewal, expiry, or any other update - you may submit your new passport information to us at any time.
What you need to do
Please reach out to us at support.hk@endowus.com with one clear copy/ photo of your new passport, in the format shown below, for us to process the updating of your passport details.
We recommend that you update your details as soon as you have a new passport so that your account remains uninterrupted, you do not need to wait until your passport expires.
Please note that an expired passport will result in restrictions to your Endowus account, where you temporarily will not be able to make any withdrawals until your passport details are updated. Your existing investment holdings will remain unaffected.
