How do I cancel investments?
You may cancel your investments before they are submitted to our broker by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button on the Activity & Balances page.
If the investment order has been submitted to our broker for execution, the transaction can no longer be cancelled, and you will no longer see the ‘Cancel’ button.
You will be notified of the status of your cancellation request via email. If your cancellation is unsuccessful, it will proceed as scheduled.
What happens if your cancellation is successful
Your funds will be returned to your cash balance.
For auto-FX investments:
- If FX has been initiated, your funds will be returned to the cash balance of the currency after conversion
- If FX has not been initiated, your funds will be returned to the original/source currency’s cash balance

You may cancel your redemptions before they are submitted to our broker by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button on the Activity & Balances page.
If the redemption order has been submitted to our broker for execution, the transaction can no longer be cancelled, and you will no longer see the ‘Cancel’ button. You will be notified of the status of your cancellation request via email. If your cancellation is unsuccessful, it will proceed as scheduled.
